Remember when I shared photos from our Florida trip here and I told you that my husband and I were picking out the updates for my Mother-in-Laws new condo. Well, when we went back to Florida this last spring, I took updated pictures but I am just getting to posting about them now, lol!
I thought you would like to see a cute remodel… sorry DIYers. This is not one of those posts. She had a contractor take care of everything.
Here is a before picture of her kitchen.
Here is an after. The entire kitchen was gutted and re-done. The kitchen was also extended into the eating area.
I will be showing you more before and after photos…enjoy!

This was a small kitchen before.
Now it is much bigger and more functional!
I just love the cabinets!
This was the wall that was knocked down.
Ah, much better!
This is the view from the front door.
Here are a couple more views.
Great wine cabinet, now it just needs wine, lol!
Here is the living room. The walls were actually aqua and pink!
This is the after.
We (my Mother-in-Law and me) went shopping for new furniture!
Here is the Master bedroom so far.

Here are a couple of other random pictures! This was the furniture we picked out, but we already returned them for something else, ha! I know, we are the biggest pains, lol!
I love that rug though!
There were a lot of problems with the tile installation. (You can see all the blue tape- that means all those tiles were bad.) Anyway, my MIL had to have the whole floor re-done. It was a huge problem! I will show you more pics when I go back.
I love the this table.
Now, that the house is almost done, we still need to decorate it.
That was the fun part!
We took a couple of huge trips to Target and Kohls! Oh yeah, we did some serious damage!!!
So that is the Florida Condo update! I just love it and can’t wait to go back!!!
What do you think?
Have you remodeled a house or condo? How did it go? Any problems?
What was the best part?
Have a great day! :)
